Open Redirect Pro

From your Shopify admin, open the Redirect Pro app.

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the app navigation menu.

Find Contact email

Locate your current email address in the Contact email field.

Enter new email

Clear the field and type your new email address.

Save changes

Click Save on the save bar that appears at the top of the screen.

Verify your email

Check your new email inbox for a verification email from Redirect Pro.

Click verification link

Open the verification email and click the Verify email address link.

Verification email not received

If you don’t see the verification email within a few minutes: Check spam/junk folder:
  • The email might be filtered as spam
  • Look for sender: [email protected]
  • Mark as “Not spam” if found
Verify email address was entered correctly:
  • Go back to Settings and check the email field
  • Fix any typos and save again
  • A new verification email will be sent
Resend verification email:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Resend verification email next to the email field
  3. Check your inbox again
